Pennsylvania Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)LIHEAP helps low income people pay their heating bills through energy assistance grants. People do not need to have an unpaid bill to receive energy assistance and receive these grants without being on welfare.
In addition to LIHEAP, Crisis Grants are available to individuals if they have an emergency situation and might lose their heat.
- broken heating equipment or leaking lines that must be fixed or replaced
- lack of fuel
- termination of utility service

Keystone HELPThe Keystone Home Energy Loan Program (HELP) is a program encouraging homeowners to make energy efficient home improvements. This program is a Preferred Monthly Payment Plan with low rates and longer payment terms. The Keystone HELP program has been designed specifically by AFC First Financial Corporation and its sponsors to provide special financing rates for Pennsylvania customers who use ENERGY STAR® equipment and make energy efficient enhancements to their homes.
