Application For Active Membership

Active Membership is open to any individual, partnership, or corporation engaged in business as a full service re-seller of No. 2 heating oil. Full Service includes offering burner service and installation of oil heating equipment to customers. Subsidiary corporations or divisions are welcome as active members. However, if the parent company is a member, for the purpose of voting, only one vote will be recognized in keeping with the principal of one vote per active member.

Membership dues are due and payable quarterly, and are based on Five (5) points ($0.0005) per gallon multiplied by total residential gallons of No. 2 Heating Oil sold, with a minimum of $250.00 per year and a maximum of $10,000.00 per year. The first quarters dues must be submitted with this application.

Sustaining Membership

Sustaining membership is available to employees of active members. They may participate in all affairs and meetings but do not have voting privilege which is limited to the designated representative of the business. Dues are $15.00 per year and billed annually. For this payment the sustaining member is placed on the regular mailing list, invited to all functions, and entitled to receive all correspondence.

MEMBERSHIP IN THE DELAWARE VALLEY FUEL DEALERS' ASSOCIATION IS A PRIVILEGE AND IS CONDITIONED UPON ALL CLASSES OF MEMBERS CONDUCTING BUSINESS AFFAIRS IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE ASSOCIATION'S CODE OF ETHICS.
